It's not bad, it has a small potential, nice graphic, story, and sound. I do have some small recomandations that of course do not need to be considered. 1. A full screen mode would be nice. 2. Maybe some more interractions in the house, like other minigames for cooking, hygene, cleaning, trash taking. 3. Possible energy refills, like food or energy drinks, that can affect health. But hey, nice work! Overall good story and I really liked the typing mini game. It does have potential to make it big :D

"One Week By Car" is a badly made 2D retro pixel RPG Maker-esque narrative driven adventure game where you take on the role of a college student who made poor life decisions. Poor life decisions like thinking it's okay to publish pixelcrap on Steam in the 2020's. What do you do in the game? There's a few puzzles/minigames of very low quality, but most of the "game" is garbage visual novel text, badly written and largely as incoherent as the shoddy graphics are. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded [i]despite[/i] the bad graphics, not because of them. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a …

This game was great! For a game in JRPG format, there's a surprisingly good (and fun!) amount of mini-game modes to play throughout the game. Not only do you get to experience and read a well-written, thoughtful, and personal story, but you also have fun playing the game itself despite the simplicity. It was incredibly done and tells the EXACT college experience. (Also, I love the flavor text! Make sure to explore EVERYTHING!!)

An excellent indie game. A rich story and unique art style hold this game above your average RPG Maker title. A must play for fans of independent projects.
