Music is great and the style also compelling but as a puzzle game it fails. More often then not the levels can be easily solved in a couple of seconds by simply just moving an element here or there without actually thinking about a solution or planning anything. Many, many, many times I did not even understand the supposed problem because I just solved it by accident faster than actually taking in the situation. Sometimes the game presents you with 3-5 elements, which could be used to manipulate the light stream but it is completely sufficient to just change the color of one of the emitters (one button press) and the "puzzle" solves itself automatically even though you ignored everything else in this level. So the general concept is interesting but the level design is really, really lackluster, not challenging and simply unsatisfying. Having 150+ levels sounds great but again, many of them you can solve in less then 10 seconds.

It is a fine puzzle game with simple mechanics. If you want to get achievements you have to down patch to an earlier version because the achievements are broken in the current verrsion. Get it if the price seems right to you. Score: 5/9

Its a nice puzzle game with relaxing music and a variety of puzzles, which involve manipulating simulated light photons. It is quite short and the achievements do not work for the current release of the game however, you can download the previous version with working achievements, the method of acquiring the working version of the game is detailed in the discussions for the game. My total time to completion was about 3 hours and that includes completing just over 50% of the puzzles before looking for a fix for the achievements. I will say its probably aimed at younger children however, it quite relaxing with the music and the solutions to the puzzles can look quite nice. The only thing I would like to see added to the game is steam workshop to allow players to make there own puzzles for people to solve, which I think would be a good fit for this game. Anyway its certainly worth a steam discount price and if you're buying this for a child then I am sure it will keep that child busy for a bit longer than it took myself to complete.
