Pencil Plus: The Wrath of The Spankster

Before Pencil Plus: The Wrath of the Spankster, I was at the lowest point of my life. I had recently been kicked out of my home country by my government for several accounts of involuntary manslaughter, and my wife, Shekela, divorced me (she was bad ash). Logging on to the game, I really found myself able to relate to Conner on a personal level. I pictured myself back in high school, a lost soul with an ability to spawn infinite pencils out of my pocket. This story was such a rollercoaster for me to. The janitor scenes reminded me of when me and my high school janitor used to get down and dirty all those years ago. The scenes with the spankster also weirdly reminded me of that. Anyways, the 28 minutes that I have played this game changed my outlook on this life. I suddenly became 6'2 with a 225 pound bench press, and now have 11 rare fish. Thank you Pencil Plus: The Wrath of the Spankster, you saved my life.

When you pick up an indie game, you have no idea what to expect. That's probably my favorite feeling about indie games, and this game manages to keep that feeling throughout the playthrough. I love short indie games and this is no exception. It's got a story that will keep you guessing and that's the best part! 11/10

Very fun experience, felt like a fever dream Def worth the (around) 30 minutes of playing, i can only imagine what i would do with infinite pencil abilities..

Enjoyable. Only issue I had was some of the text boxes seemed to have placeholder text still.

Quirky, chill game that I could see being the start of many careers/future projects! I really enjoyed my time with this game! The plot had lots of twists that kept it engaging, and I enjoyed seeing different sides of all of the characters. The artwork is amazing as well, and some of the Pencil Plus sprites were really funny and well done! The janitor actually managed to be a compelling character, and I ended up really caring for the main cast. The only glaring flaws I noticed were the text size (a little small, along with the font that made it a bit hard to read) and the end of the chapter (chapter 3 part 1? Or somewhere around there) there seemed to be some sort of stray string of numbers that might have been left over from code. Other than that, however, I enjoyed this game quite a lot! It's clear from the credits that this was a team effort, so I hope everyone involved goes on to do a lot with their talent in the future!
