Plastic Men: War never changes

$7? I just don't think so, man. I don't know that I would even play this for free. This game has 10 levels and can be completed within 70 minutes. So you're already putting yourself into refund territory, and I suppose I will do so for reasons I'll mention next. The biggest takeaway from my playthrough is that I can tell you didn't playtest this even once. I can't help but take that as an insult, since I paid for your game. I've always had a soft spot for green army men as toys. I wanted to recapture some of that childhood experience with this game. I came in with an open mind and was predisposed to like it, even if it was a bit janky. I noticed the trailer includes gameplay, so maybe you just knew about the issues and didn't care. The first issue I noticed with this game is that the first-person aiming view is absolute trash. It sucks with the start weapon, it's terrible with the automatic rifle, and then it's basically unusable for the sniper rifle. I don't know what the point of adding it was if you weren't going to make it work. I liked the locations, you can tell they put effort into making them interesting

I really loved this game! It was quick but a whole lot of fun. I was completely immersed — the level design genuinely made me feel like a toy soldier. The purple soldiers were an interesting and unique spin on the army-men genre. As someone who grew up playing the Army Men games (and even made my own), I really enjoyed this and had a blast playing through every level. Way to go!

Simple, fun, and surprisingly addictive. Really enjoyable for a quick gaming session.
