About Plot of the Druid
A disgraced druid apprentice goes on a quest to prevent the world from going crazy by restoring balance to the forces of love, wisdom, and wealth.
A mystical comedy adventure with sarcastic British wit, hand-drawn cartoon art, and an innovative shape-shifting ability for solving puzzles.
Plot of the Druid is a classic-modern point-and-click game that’s reminiscent of Simon the Sorcerer, Discworld, and Harry Potter.
• The player can decide whether to deal with a situation as a human or as a ferocious animal. Well, maybe not that ferocious, but one with a unique skill set.
• Harness the powers of nature in order to solve puzzles. After all, sometimes an earthquake is just what’s needed to get people’s attention.
• Beautiful hand-painted HD artwork in the style of old-school pixel art.
• Dozens of wacky characters, ALL fully voiced.
• Cool references to classic LucasArts and Sierra games.
• Two difficulty levels: Young Apprentice and Master of Disaster. Finish the game to earn a digital certificate with your name on it, signed by the Elder Druids themselves!
• Many MANY smooth 2D animations, including thrilling cutscenes.
• Over an hour of immersive, charming music.
• A hotspot reveal option to avoid pixel hunting.
• Lots of achievements to be gained by exploring the world.
• A journal to help keep you on track.
• Available in English with German, French, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Japanese, Polish and Hebrew translations.
• And the wind cried Mary!

Just completed the first 2 chapters and looking forward to future updates! If words like "Sierra", "Lucas Arts", and "Wadjet" get you excited then pick this game up and support a devoted, passionate team, that is keeping the point and click genre alive! Hand drawn visuals, great voice acting, quality puzzles and fresh ideas - what more can one want! More about the game later but this team deserves its own mention: Reading about all the challenges and real world impact from the wars and unrest this whole team is enduring through AND they are still working on AND updating the game. Its clear he and his team have passion and love for this project. Yakir has been totally transparent in the updates on the kick starter page and, speaking for myself, I can't even comprehend the daily struggles he and his team are living through. Yakir, I pray for strength, peace and comfort for you, the whole team, and all your families! Being a child of the Sierra golden years; point and click games have always been my comfort gaming. King's Quest is a favourite of mine and this game brings all the charm and humour of that series while bringing new things to the mix. It's studios like this, wadj…2 found this helpful
What an incredible game! I absolutely love the humor, the beautiful graphics, the clever puzzles, and the fantastic voice acting. It takes me right back to the point-and-click games of my childhood, like The Legend of Kyrandia and Simon the Sorcerer. Thank you for creating this gem of a point-and-click adventure! I can’t wait for the next chapters to unlock!
An adventure game with lots of clever puzzles and cool spells. A great game for anyone who enjoys brain teasers.
What a gem! This point-and-click scratches that classic Monkey Island itch but feels fresher and way less frustrating — puzzles make you think without ever tipping into “how would anyone guess that” territory. The humor lands almost every time, the voice acting is genuinely impressive for an indie title, and clicking around the environment always turns up some witty little aside. Visuals have real charm, the inventory/spell system is intuitive, and the cast of characters feels alive rather than just quest-dispensers. Only gripe: it’s over too fast. I wanted to linger in these environments way longer. Clearly a passion project, and it seems it will be a lenghty game. Cant wait when next two chapters are going to be released!
As much as I love games like these (I really miss Kings Quest) this has been a serious let down. The release date was set for 2022, and only one chapter. As fun as this was I am regretting my purchase mainly due to feeling as if this will never get more episodes/game play. Real potential here and honestly a shame.
The best Point-and-Click Adventure I have played in a long while! Excellent music and voice-acting, as well as some tip-top puzzles! If you love Monkey Island and Simon the Sorcerer then this is a must buy! It truly is some of the best story writing and character development I have seen from a Point-and-Click Adventure Game in a long while! Thank you! :) I can't wait for the rest of the chapters; I'm so excited! :D Well done to all the team that have worked so hard towards this excellent, and mystifying game!
