unfortunately the controls felt janky and unintuitive to me and occasionally the jump button wouldnt work. the stylized way of showing the relevant button to press was cute but i confused it for a rune at first and not a button prompt. the lack of an ever-present health bar was confusing as well, and i would rather not only be able to see my health once i get hit. the scenery is gorgeous but the sound design leaves a bit to be desired. the character model is cute but i feel like those details are lost since youre rarely ever seeing it up close. i didnt make it to the boss fight people are talking about, since i wasnt really enjoying the game for the 20 or so minutes i did play it

"Oona the Druid's Path" is an abandoned early access (student project?)... and it's a clunky unfinished and broken mess. If this was from students and they tried to show this to prospective employers, they'd never get a job again in their lives... not even at McDonalds. "Yeah we don't trust game development students this bad with hot coffee or deep fryer oil. Not since the last time". What do you do in the game? It's a sloppy 3D rendered 2D platformer... and while this is better than pixelcrap, 2D platforming is pretty much a dead genre and this defunct entry isn't making things better. It needs a tonne of polish before it's even viable as a game. It's unpleasant to play. The developers abandoned this 4 years and 3 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics.
