Synopsis
Porcelana (Porcelain) is a story of a girl who is perceived to be perfect by society but is actually more normal than others may think. This shows a reflection of reality where people wear masks to hide the darkness in their hearts. Although the story itself was written years back, we are wanting to share it with others in a new way through a visual novel format. We hope that this emotional story will touch your heart and be one that you remember.

Isabella, your classmate, is someone you were never close to but someone you certainly noticed. One day however, you notice that Isabella stopped coming to class. You start to discover how important you were to her despite never even having a conversation with her before. She has left you notes in a particular way that takes you on a journey where you discover her past and meet the people who were important in her life. Be careful with what choices you make as they can impact the events and direction of the story.
Isabella
She was so pretty, with her beauty being indescribable. Her flawless smile was like staring at the clouds. She was the correct path among thousands of wrongs. She was always herself, not perfect, but the image of perfection. She was someone that you looked up to the most. Despite always seeming so delighted and happy though, you already realize just how miserable she was, even to the point where she was contemplating cutting ties to life and choosing death as her final escape.
Camil
You met Camil because Isabella left her a note too. You don't know too much about her just the fact that she is your classmate too. Maybe she has some beauty hidden under those cap and glasses.
Dallen
She is Caroline's mom. Dallen's work usually puts her at risk and that is why her greatest fear is that one day something could happen to her leaving her daughter alone. She is a loving mother and a very smart woman.
Caroline
She's the reflection of the purest innocence. She is a happy child even though she hasn't lived a perfect life, because she has lived hard moments in her short life. She has a fantastic imagination, which often results in her losing herself in her own dreams.

Sad and short visual novel with a neat one-time mechanic. Disclaimer: since most visual novels use the same engine, I won't go into detail about the technical aspects. All you need to know is that you can save the game at any moment and that you can skip every piece of text right from the start. There’s also a gallery that unlocks new images as you progress through the story. There’s not a lot to say about the game. It’s a sad love story between you and a girl. She suddenly stops attending the school, so you decide to go find out why. The brief game length allows you to quickly discover the secret. You make some decisions, but they are not really important. There is just one option that results in a premature ending, but you can simply avoid having to replay the game by saving before choosing. The interesting part is when you reach the end and try to start a new game. You're prevented from playing until you perform an action outside the game. It's a cool feature that eventually leads to the true ending.2 found this helpful
i cannot explain how hard did i push myself to finish this game. even tho they touch important and sensible topics, they did it so poorly. dialogues didn't make sense at some point, was so bad written, characters are not developed properly so it's so hard to have empathy or related with them. seeing the labels and plot i thought i would like this game, such a shame.1 found this helpful
"Porcelana" isn't a game. It's an e-book dumped on Steam masquerading as a game. As a visual novel/e-book/fan-fiction, this has no notable gameplay. It's just clicking through badly written dialogue that would never be accepted in print by an actual professional publisher. How did something this badly written end up on Steam? When someone can't get published in print, they spend $100 and dump their high school fan-fiction onto Steam Direct under the guise of a game. This e-book pushes the boundaries of what is possible for a garbage high school anime club dropout fan-fiction. Most of these e-books are about the author and his imaginary girlfriend... pure cringe, yes. But this one really pushes the envelope... it's about the author and his FOUR imaginary girlfriends. Shoot the moon, fan-fiction cringe writers. Comically, the authors imaginary girlfriends are suicidal. I think that says alarming things about your self esteeem if your imaginary girlfriends are suicidal, but then again, if your boyfriend writes creepy, cringey fan-fictions about you, you'd be suicidal too I guess.
