I have been playing this game for about 25 hours. Nearly everyday for the past week. It's very exciting to make the potions and follow the story line. The story mode has really given me a purpose to keep looking deeper into what happened to the original Owner of the Shop that I took over. Over time, the shop expands and you get more tools and equipment to increase your Level and ratings to your Shop. My favorite thing to do is create a vast amount of potions that I can't seem to sell in my shop, and taking them to the Market on Sunday. I love beating those NPC Shop owners. The few issues i ran into had slight bugs but I was able to reach out to the developer of the game and they helped me through the issues I found. The Customer Support (on discord server) is really quick, helpful and friendly. I recommend this game and if there are some bugs, please contact support, they will definately help u the moment u ask. <31 found this helpful
I really wanted to like this game, but after playing Teddy's Haven, Tavern Legends and Medieval Startup, the difference in quality-of-life is impossible to ignore. Almost every action feels slower than it needs to be. There is no real player inventory, so you're stuck carrying around a tiny crate everywhere you go or carrying ONE item at a time? Come on... Instead of creating meaningful gameplay, it just adds unnecessary busywork. Brewing is another disappointment—a full vat of potion producing a single bottle feels absurd and makes the entire production loop feel sluggish. The cashier minigame is another example of design that wastes the player's time. It's mildly entertaining the first few times, but quickly becomes repetitive and adds no meaningful strategy or depth. The cauldron minigame ends up feeling the same way. Instead of making me feel like I'm running an efficient potion shop, the game constantly asks me to perform repetitive manual tasks that quickly become chores. Useless things like trash all over the shop every reload (when there was no customers), that only add annoyance. I kept waiting for the game to evolve with better tools, meaningful automation, or quality-…
this game is so fun and calm! you can tell thought was put into it!
Fantastic, cozy, fun simulator game play with lots of fun interactions making it fun to run your own potion shop for multiple races and fun quests too
I cant imagen playing this single player, this game is so much fun with a friend. The game needs to think more in terms of Co op for example adding a second cauldron for your buddy. This game could turn from a 6/10 to a 8/10 game by just adding a second cauldron and who knows how far if other co op improvements where implemented. Great game and it really put me in a good relaxed mood while playing it. Me and my friend hated finishing this game because we didn't want the fun to stop. Will be back if they do big updates.
One of the best simulator games I've played. The perfect blend of crafting and the timing is perfect. Only thing I would like is a second cauldron for another player, we had a few times where my co-op partner had times where he stood around doing nothing. Other than that, this game is SUPER fun. Well worth it
