About Re:|THM - once upon a time
"Re:|THM - Once upon a time" is a rhythm game RPG that travels through reversed time.
The rain rises from the bottom to the top, and defeated enemies come back to life. Meetings become separations, and the story heads towards the beginning.
Players will unravel the story of the separation of humans and monsters in reverse time. Experience the wonder of a world where time flows in reverse, something that cannot be experienced in reality.
The hero Astelro, who defeated the Monster King, kills the human king,Ankh. Using the reverse device called "Ex" that only the king has, he reverses the flow of time.
What Astelro couldn't bear to lose even by going back in time...

Various wonders in reversed time
The story progresses like a video being played in reverse. The story is unraveled by looking back on the hero Astelro's regrets.
Will he sometimes be tormented by his past actions?

Real-time reverse rhythm game
The biggest feature of this work is a rhythm game that can be reversed in real-time. Even if you make a mistake, you can immediately roll back and restart from that point.

"Re:|THM - once upon a time" is a badly made abandoned Early Access rpg-esque pixelcrap game with a novel idea (which wasn't carried out very well). The game universe is in reverse time, just like how the game was partially made in 2023 before being abandoned, yet has crappy graphics from 1982. The developers abandoned this 1 year and 10 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $4 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to buy soundtrack DLC from Steam to "support" the "developer"... digital…3 found this helpful
so fun
dosen't register hits correctly. sometimes hits two at the same time.
Short, very sweet, to the (heart-wrenching) point. This game is fantastic. I'm not sure when part 2 will come out, but I am eagerly awaiting it. I really hope this game gets the amount of praise it deserves!
