Too early to recommend unless you're in for the long-haul with the usual jank and bugs Also, the ai voices are a bit uncanny and no option to silence them was quite unsettling. i'd rather read. controls were pretty mediocre but the cursor always being present on screen and being responsible for camera movements was awful. an input-controlled camera with a cursor mode is essential in any modern game i didn't get far because of this, which is dis-heartening but i don't think i could really put up with grinding for the boats and houses. restarting is a bizzare and misleading process, because for some reason you are locked into starting conditions even after restart... i refunded in the end because of the above jank paired with user experience my advice to the developer is to prioritise player experience and bug squashing to justify early access state

Rise Of Transport, developed and published by Softdimension Games, is an early access transport simulation that approaches the genre from a more relaxed, exploratory angle rather than the highly structured, optimization-heavy style commonly associated with transport tycoon games. Instead of placing players into a tightly managed system of routes and profits from the outset, it gives them the freedom to move through an open world, gradually building a transport operation at their own pace. This design choice shapes the entire experience, making it feel less like a traditional management simulator and more like a hybrid between sandbox exploration and light economic gameplay. The core concept revolves around starting small and expanding gradually. Players begin with basic means of transportation, such as simple carts or early vehicles, and take on delivery tasks to earn money. Over time, these earnings can be reinvested into acquiring new transport methods, improving efficiency, and extending operations. The game’s focus on earlier eras of transportation gives it a slower, more deliberate rhythm, where travel itself becomes part of the gameplay rather than something abstracted away.…

I'm writing this early on, but I love this game already. Even with its little bugs and other thingies you'd experience in a typical early access game. As someone who spends hours playing with my avatar I absolutely appreciate this developer focusing on a great character creation experience with many more options than most indie games. I've been on the hunt for a game that provides this exact gameplay; Death Stranding + Stormworks ( Lite ) And I mean this in the best possible ways. If you wanted a game to just exist, doing a job, without a bunch of fluff or narrative rubbish, look no further. The developer seems focused on all of the right things so forgive any anomalies and have faith they are furiously working on the 'front line' issues/initiatives for the game.

I had issues with getting a black screen after the title screen and hearing the ocean but no keys would do anything. I told the developers in the discussion area. I then deleted the game as I had tried many times. I uninstalled and then reinstalled. I got the same black screen. I tried to tell the developers but now get a message that their settings don't allow me to post in there now. That left me no option but to seek a refund via Steam which I just filed. With others having many issues also of various types, I can't recommend this game or anything by the developers now.
