I was looking for a simple game to replace "Stacked" that would let me fire it up and play poker whenever I felt like it, and wouldn't be a free game that was constantly pressuring me to buy chips to keep playing the game. The graphics and sound are fine for the game, and the game seems fairly realistic in the cards that are dealt. No royal flushes or quad aces dropping out of the sky again and again. The only thing that seemed a bit off was whenever I started out with a hand with two really good cards, pocket aces or kings, king/queen suited, it seemed like the other players would immediately fold before I even had a chance to bet. What would I like to see? Steam achievements would be nice. Also, I would like to be able to exit the game in the middle of a run and come back and finish it later. Another thing that is a little clunky is when you want to change the starting amount of chips for each player you have to click on the amount for every dollar you change. Want to go from 800 chips to 700? You have to click on negative arrow one hundred times! I wouldn't mind seeing other versions of poker offered someday as well. really fun, and simple. Exactly what a poker simulator game should be. I hope the developers continue to add to this game such as more card front and back graphics, more poker room themes. I want to never run out of play in this poker sim, it's really chill. The ai/ bots are pretty good too. very clever.
