SEGA FOOTBALL CLUB CHAMPIONS is a football management game that I found easy to get invested in because it gives me a lot of control over building a club. I start with a smaller team and try to turn it into a major football organization, which is exactly the kind of long term progression I enjoy from management games. The use of real player data also gives the whole thing a more authentic feel. The main Career Mode focuses on managing the club and making decisions that affect the team over time. I can work on my squad, make tactical decisions and try to build a stronger team as I move through competitions. I liked that the game is less about controlling individual players directly and more about thinking like the person responsible for the whole club. Dream Team Mode gives the experience a more competitive side. I can build a squad using star players and take it into matches against other people through different PvP activities. I enjoyed having this separate mode because it gives me another reason to keep improving the team even after I have spent time developing a club in Career Mode.
