https://store.steampowered.com/app/1289810/Siralim_Ultimate/

Siralim is a deep RPG with light roguelike elements that allows you to summon and customize hundreds of creatures to fight in strategic battle. Fight your way through randomly generated dungeons and complete randomized quests. Find rare treasure and use it to upgrade your castle, empower your creatures, craft powerful artifacts, learn new spells, and much more.

Every dungeon in Siralim is randomly generated. This means that you'll never visit the same dungeon twice! Each dungeon also contains randomly generated quests, so there will always be fresh content for you to explore.

Capture and summon over 300 unique creatures to fight for you. Each creature has its own, unique abilities which affect the way you'll approach the game. You can have up to 6 creatures in your party at a time. Can you assemble the ultimate team?
You can also craft and enchant equipment for your creatures. Some of the most powerful equipment in the game also bestows new abilities to your creatures.

Add new rooms, unlock new creatures, and entice citizens to live in your castle by purchasing upgrades for it. As the ruler of Siralim, it falls on you to decide when to improve your castle.

The whole point of the game is that it never ends. There is no level cap, and there are thousands of hours of content for you to enjoy.

I'm beginning the Siralim series here, well aware that there are obviously later entries in the series with likely a greater number of features, greater experience for the developer, etc. Now that that's out of the way, onto the review in proper. I originally grew interested in and picked up Siralim because (as I suspect is the case with many), it had obvious visual and mechanical features that immediately resemble the oldest Dragon Quest Monsters titles. Indeed, that clearly seems to be what Siralim is going for, though I think it misses the mark in a lot of ways. One of the greatest characteristics of DQM was how vibrant the kingdom was; the way the kingdom constantly changed as you progressed through the game with new NPC positions, dialogue, and options. None of that richness is present here, nor does the random world design and generation particularly capture the feeling of isolation that was prevalent in the old DQM games as well. The midgame/endgame feature of Nether Eggs also fails to capture the breeding mechanics from DQM, with the closest parallel to that instead being enchanting equipment, since the single item each monster gets is where it can get its second c…
Whoever implemented that walking speed should be fired.
Over 80 hours in the game, and all I have to say is... Don't judge this upon the graphics of the game or how the gameplay looks. This game has a lot to offer. I recommend this game!! 10/10
If you like watching numbers go up and literally nothing else, this game is for you it ain't for me
A great game. Played Ultimate on switch it kept crashing so I bought the whole set here. wonderful games. this one is still a gem i'm just getting started I don't even have 6 creatures yet lol! Must play for rpg and monster tamer lovers !
It takes too long to get anywhere in the game. Your going to lose allot, and I feel like I gained nothing from my time spent on the game.
