Roguelike go brr
Easy to understand but complex enough to keep me entertained. Nice to play when its late and i don't really want to play a high adrenaline game. Graphics are beautiful

the game is designed to be a skill based gambling game, like poker, but the entire slay the spire community on the internet seemingly is in denial of this because anybody who correctly points this out is so easily shamed by the reddit warriors who tout "skill issue" like a mantra in order to resolve their inferiority complex. There's also a case to be made that there are a lot of people out there that simply feel like they have more control over luck based factors than what reality dictates, and so they feel like the luck isn't there. And pointing this out to them only makes them angry.
