Absolutely delightful action rpg with a wonderful story. Had a great time from start to finish and can easily see myself playing it again on the highest difficulty.

I was surprised this was an RPG Maker game at first, it's so polished and the gameplay feels so fluid! The combat feels full on Zelda in a good way, the characters are very likeable and charming, the graphics work wonderfully well. If I had to give any marks against it, it's that it is a bit short (completed it on easy in 5 hours) but that's nitpicking. At first I felt it was pretty light on story, but that improved the further I got along in it. Nothing ground breaking, but sweet and charming I think. Definitely well worth playing, and definitely deserving of more attention than it's gotten. I never really know how to end these kinds of reviews, but it was a fun game~

The game has controller support issues for me, where it seems to double-input sometimes, making me use items unintentionally, etc. Couldn't get started playing due to that, really.

Saw a streamer whose taste I trust playing this some time ago (shoutout Voxandra not that she needs it from me) and decided to check it out, and I'm very glad I did. This is absolutely a little gem of a game. I mean, I should probably be able to say "Fantasy action JRPG made in RPGMaker with full Japanese voice acting and yuri elements" and that should hook you instantly, tbh. This game is just fantastic. The movement is smooth, the combat is fun, you can tackle the main dungeons in whatever order you like and the challenge still feels appropriate no matter what, the voice acting is amazing and gives the characters so much personality, the characters in question are so charming and I really wish I could see more of them (Maria, Iris, Mel, Orchis, Gravekeeper, even Seer my beloveds... The first four especially are just so good), the story is honestly really good and has some interesting and important themese to convey, the music is pretty damn good, the original art is really pretty, the whole game has those sweet sweet early Ys vibes imo... It's just sooooo good. I really wanna see more from Kensei, they've knocked it out of the park with this one. And like I said, it even has yuri…

love the combat and music! The whole thing feels like Ys to me, the music is superb, the combat is a top-down ARPG (though clunky at times), it is pretty refreshing to see an RPG maker game made in this kind of way!

It is a short but nice game. Following an automaton, and their master. The story is more focused, and has a decent amount of scenes to paint a good picture. How their master wasn't particularly talented, but do have the drive when need be. As it draws closer to the end, more is revealed. Iris, the automaton, isn't like the rest. She is more able to understand, and communicate better. And is considered rather strange. According to the story a machinariae which is a type of automaton, who Iris is. They are like lifetime partners, and once they meet someone. There cannot be another, something like a rule. The characters in the game as pretty well written, and enjoyable to follow. The battle system is also pretty well thought-out. There are five elements plus the base, which each provides a different special attack. There is an upgrade board, where you can enhance Iris as well. There are also quite a bit of bosses. On top of this, the game has voice acting, and is quite deep.
