Soccertron is a fun little couch party game that really shines when you have friends around — tournaments get chaotic and heated in the best way, and it's easy enough to pick up that even non-gamers can jump in. The neon aesthetic and physics-based gameplay give it a quirky charm reminiscent of old-school arcade sports games, and having multiple modes like volleyball and basketball keeps things fresh for a while. That said, the AI difficulty doesn't scale well, some modes feel unbalanced or borderline broken, and without online multiplayer the solo experience wears thin pretty quickly. If you've got people to play with locally, it's worth a few bucks for the laughs — just don't expect it to hold your attention for long stretches.

A modern take on a whole family of early Atari era sports games. Did not play much, but was absolutely worth the price tag. my friends enjoyed it. Somebody asked me about it long after, *vaguely* "what was that game that we were having fun with called". I honestly couldn't remember, at the time, but here it is.
