This game is such a vibe! It feels real and fun and like it can and should be run on a slow, glitchy computer. It's awesome! It's not easy, but it isn't impossible. Everything in it feels clean and intentional! Super fun and that is more than I can say about most games, and really that's all you need to make a game good. If you want a game that feels genuine and doesn't have the overly-polished, repetitive feel of most games that come now I would definitely grab this one! Worth it!

What was once a fun movement based FPS with a cool as hell punk aesthetic akin to ZPC and Midnight Ultra, has now been tainted by the stank of gen AI "art" and vibe coding. The developer mentioned that this was in response to losing the first game's code and people hating on the original sprite work, which was rough but charming and full of personality. I was initially excited for this re-release when I noticed it was receiving an update, so it's a shame the dev allowed themselves to be taken by the Snatchers in the process. It's not all bad, as the game now includes the sequel and an added third episode, all while offering it as a free update. The game will also run on very low end hardware, a big reason I bought it when I was rocking a budget laptop as my main machine. I intend to reinstall it on that machine and see if the old clunker will still play it. I wish I had left a review for the original version, but I cannot in good faith recommend this game now. Good game! Wears its inspiration on its sleave. If you're a fan of the old classic run and gun style gaming then you'll get plenty of enjoyment out of this one. It is absolutely grabbing.

Dash, double-jump, slice, shoot, and kaboom your way through over a hundred hand-made boomer shooter levels. Crunchy visuals, a punk/metal soundtrack, and an oppressive atmosphere show the indie developer had a clear vision for the explosive experience. The stages are meant to be replayed over and over, to optimize your routes of gory mayhem. The game has three acts and offers plenty of game play for the price. Strap in/up and enjoy the ride! I’ve blasted through the first two campaigns and I can gladly say this little game is a blast! Looking forward to the challenge of getting all the achievements now.

I have really been loving this game!! Everything about it feels unique and it truly HAS made me suffer (in a great way). The world, the characters, the weapons, the style ... true art. What I love most about it is how perfectly the music fits the game. Really well done!!

This game is really cool. It reminds me of games on the computer from the 90s where you are walking around in mazes. It feels very nostalgic and new at the same time. There is a story going on in the background, that you hear through the vocals, and this reminds me of Portal actually. I can't wait to see where they are going. All the controls feel fluid so far as well. I have it on a basic setting and even this is difficult.
