About Swingin Swiggins
Swingin Swiggins is a side-scrolling platformer that will take you on an adventure through many exotic locations. The game focuses on swinging but you must be careful that you don't run out of stamina or you can fall off the rope mid swing. the main antagonist for this game is Time because if you run out of it you must restart the level. You will use ropes to get from one side of a level to the other, but ropes aren’t the only way to get across the levels. You will find switches, levers, moving platforms, giant flowers that launch you high into the air, and much more! Help Swiggins get away from the dull boring desk job and actually do something with his life!
Swiggins is just an ordinary guy trying to escape from reality. One day he decides to go to the roof of his office building to get away from his horrendous job and looks out into the city. He closes his eyes and starts to remember his childhood of swinging on the rope at his family’s lake house during the summer. When Swiggins opens his eyes he notices a rope between his office building and the next. “Why is there a rope just floating there?” he says to himself. As he looks past the rope he notices that it isn’t the only rope and that they seem to span across the rooftops of the entire city. He climbs up onto the ledge and says, “Here goes nothing…”

I've played about 20 minutes but I can quite frankly tell you this is the most horrific experience you can ever have on Steam. It's truly hideous. The graphics, menus, loading screens, and everything is terribly drawn, inconsistent, and makes no sense in general. The gameplay itself is glitched, when I'm "swinging" on a rope I'm not even touching it, and the game crashed twice in my first ten minutes. A complete waste of money on a "game" that really never should have made it to the Steam Store. I never leave such terrible reviews but based on all the completely obvious fake ones I truly need to explain that this game is disgusting. Even if this game was flawlessly made, nobody would legitimately describe it as "very intense gameplay" and it makes this game even worse knowing the developers are getting fake reviews. 1/10, absolutely no reason to buy or even be on Steam.12 found this helpful
Great game mechanics and really fun to play!3 found this helpful
I bought this game when it first came out. Honestly, the gameplay is very good, very intense. The controls are a little tricky to get the hang of, but once you do, you will be swinging around like a champion. There is a fun timer system to complete each level, and you can pick up little timer boosts as you go through the game. It almost has old school NES Ninja Gaiden levels of frustration (that is a compliment… I loved that game). Something I disliked about it was the character. It does not seem to fit with the cover art. But the scrolling backgrounds were very well done, and the intense gameplay had me hooked for hours. I definitely recommend trying it out.2 found this helpful
greatest greg ive ever played i cant wait to play this greg agaiin
this is the type of game you make to show off to your siblings/grandmother, that you know how to make video games, despite the game being complete crap.
Pretty good game, I should hook up a gamepad but trying to get your fingers to select the right stuff on the keyboard actually makes it more fun in a way. Like a tongue-twister but for your fingers. Pretty difficult and has a lot of fluid gameplay.
