Verlet Swing

Verlet Swing has been on my Wishlist for a while and I finally was able to give it a shot. With just beating the Main Levels and entering the challenge modes, I can say this game has been really fun and enjoyable. The game starts off relatively easy and ramps up in difficulty towards the very end. This gives you time to enjoy the visuals and graphics before they really set you on course for some intense action. That action with the gritty level design makes you feel like a badass for overcoming the last world. Standout levels for me are "Crevice" and "Spiraling to the End", with many more I can go on about. From my perspective, Verlet Swing has intricate mechanics that translate well with its main concept, Swinging! With its nice Air Strafing and Tethering movement, I beat all the main levels within 8 hours or so and used Mouse and keyboard. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend this to anyone who likes moving fast and sharpening their skills.

absolutley amazing game wish we had more like this and neon white only gripe i have with it given its age it sitll hasnt fixed the issue where the grapple doesnt attach to what im looking at and instead something miles away

There's a glitch in this game where, if you bob the camera along with the thing you're swinging on, you'll swing a tad bit faster. If you want to get a perfect ratings on all the levels, you need to master that glitch. Many levels are impossible to get a perfect rating on unless you use the glitch. Getting good at using a glitch is not enjoyable. It's very bothersome to think that the devs behind this didn't think to check if you could get perfect ratings without cheating. If you don't care about getting perfect ratings on all the levels, though, the game is very good.

Banger game. The last world is way overtuned, and none of the levels where you're in really tight spaces feel good. Or fun. But otherwise a great time & fun to fight friends for leaderboard spots
