About Tactical Warfare

Welcome to "Tactical Warfare," an immersive real-time strategy (RTS) experience that immerses you in an enthralling narrative of interstellar exploration, colonization, and unyielding conflict.

Brief Description

The tactical war game is a strategic game with a classic perspective system and an enhanced artistic style, featuring an exciting story about a war between two forces, both human, but one group comes from a parallel planet to Earth after the destruction of their planet, seeking a new home. They face resistance from the indigenous inhabitants who consider it an alien invasion. To excel in the game, you must create a tactical battle plan. Based on that plan, you must balance between defense, offense, and resource acquisition.

Game Factions

The game currently consists of two main factions: the Terrans, the army of native citizens on Earth fighting against the space invasion, and the Assarlions, humans who came from a planet similar to Earth from a distant place. Each faction in the game has different and unique elements with varying combat abilities and styles, including tanks, combat vehicles, various types of aircraft, soldiers, and robots.

Game Key Features

Base Construction:The base construction system in Tactical Warfare is designed for speed, flexibility, and strategic depth. It allows players to develop both defenses and military units simultaneously, eliminating the traditional wait times seen in classic RTS games. With a customizable layout and intuitive blueprint deployment, players can easily design and expand their base to match their tactical needs—whether focusing on fortification, rapid expansion, or frontline dominance—all while ensuring strong and secure defense from the start.                                   Resources:Money in the game is essential for victory, so players need to build their plans based on sufficient cash flow. The lack of funds leads to a halt in progress in the war. The game includes several systems for obtaining money, and players must choose the most suitable method for investing funds, either by increasing the economy through available methods, building defenses to fortify economic structures, or constructing an army to attack the enemy.

Game Modes

The game has several modes to be played ranging from local to online multiplayer, below are brief description of each mode that we will introduce during the game launch:

Campaigns:Step into the heart of the conflict through two immersive single-player storylines. Choose to lead the Terrans in their fight to protect Earth or the Assarlions as they struggle to find a new home after the destruction of their world. Each mission introduces unique challenges, unit limitations, and evolving strategies tailored to the narrative arc.
Skirmish:The game will have a customized battle, where the player can choose the map, number of players and difficulty (for AI), the winner who dominates the game.
Multiplayer (Online)Engage in intense real-time strategy duels in 1v1 online battles. Set your own rules, maps, and victory conditions. Challenge friends or climb the ranks in competitive play.

✦ AI summary

Tactical Warfare successfully captures the fast-paced, click-heavy appeal of classic RTS games like Command & Conquer, with players appreciating its straightforward gameplay and campaign substance over polished visuals. However, the game suffers from significant technical issues including lag, UI bugs, unbalanced AI difficulty, and poor tutorials that leave new players confused about objectives and strategy, suggesting it needs more development time before being ready for a wider audience.

Tactical Warfare is an ambitious real-time strategy title that aims to revive the classic feel of large-scale RTS combat while layering in modern ideas and experimental mechanics. Developed and published by Mizrab, the game places players in the middle of a sci-fi conflict born from interdimensional displacement rather than a simple alien invasion narrative. Humanity finds itself sharing a fractured world with refugees from another reality, and this uneasy coexistence quickly escalates into full-scale war. While the story is not delivered through elaborate cutscenes, it provides enough context to frame the conflict and give weight to the battles, grounding the experience in a familiar but intriguing strategic premise. At its core, Tactical Warfare adheres closely to traditional RTS foundations. Players are tasked with gathering resources, constructing bases, expanding territory, and commanding armies across land, air, and sea. The game encourages deliberate planning, as early decisions about economy and infrastructure have long-term consequences once combat escalates. Defensive positioning, production priorities, and map control all play a significant role, rewarding players who t…

You can tell the devs definitely loved playing the old school RTS, helps give this game a strong foundation. Price is a little steep for what it is but with some love it'll get there. AI is a bit wonky and could use some tweaking but if you want that fast click rush style game it's absolutely here, AI goes hard at that nuke. I don't know if the devs were going for engineers that sound like Ronald Reagan but it's there. The ambiguously European characters from family guy are there too. TLDR: It'll scratch that old school RTS itch.

As of right now the Skirmish mode starts lagging shortly after starting and the Money counter bugs out. This needs more time in the oven.

This game is awesome. It it as polished as other RTS out there? No. However after having played the campaine and several skirmish maps I can say that I remember and have good thoughts about what happened. If what you want is polish that has no substance, than go play something like Stormgate. I'm sure there is a streamer or two out there that is still being paid to sell you on that game. However if you want something that is based off of the old Command and Conquers (this felt like it got more love from the Red Alert series than anything else) than this might be something for you. It still needs a lot of love from the development team, however this is still something I can recommend if you love RTS games more than you like a polished turd made for streaming and E-Sports.

This game has potential. However in its current state I don't recommend it. Started a campaign but I had no idea how to complete objective 1 or where to go. (Tutorial messages should be incorporated into the game.) Started a Skirmish battle and it was interesting for a couple of minutes. After that the enemy easily overwhelmed my defenses with devastating attacks (first a vehicle, then a couple soldiers, then an aircraft, then a skybeam) which I couldn't really defend against. Also it doesn't look good on Ultra detail. What's the point of having an Ultra graphics setting if it is ugly?
