"The medical examination diary: the exciting days of me and my senpai" is a novel game without choices.

The senpai in the Takuya`s university, and also his preceptor when he was transfered to internal medicine for training.
She is gentle to children, elders, and female patients, but she would show her sadistic face to any male with no hesitation.
Takuya is no exeption too, she often teases him by words even during the lesson. But at the same time, she is the person who takes good care of other, so basically she is pretty reliable.
As being the niece of the president of the Amagi university hospital, she was assigned as supervising doctor even she was young and inexperienced.
Inwardly she looks forward to have a new younger colleague who is worth teasing.

The game itself is really good. However, the R-18 Patch on their official website only available till March 31, 2023. You would unable to download R18 patch from official website. What happen if anyone buy this game after this date? And what happen if I want to download it again for replaying?24 found this helpful
this is just text with 2 sprites of 2 women with H-scenes that don't make effin sense in a hospital. The Animation is also half-assed in a couple of scenes and a lot of the dialogue does not have a proper animation, i.e: people talk to each other and you just have a frame of a corridor.. if this is not boring to look at, I don't know what is. I had the H patch on and the H itself did not make sense at all, they talk to each other and then ♥♥♥! both of them wear their birth uniforms and are... doing stuff outta nowhere. The ending is beyond horrible, it's downright worse than a fanfic It made zero sense. The characters have low motivations and one of them seriously needs to re-think their life decisions. I tried to suspend my disbelief with this eroge but I am sorry, I cannot throw my brain into the trash can to enjoy this. There are better alternatives out there. I am not really into nurse hentai but I'm positive this is low quality.2 found this helpful

Still takes under two hours to read. Great art once again and has the E-mote system for her sprite. This is an alternate version of the first game. Instead of working with Mio the MC instead trains under Ryo. Unlike the first game Mio does appear as well and is even in a few scenes. Personally I like Ryo much more but I do like Mio's voice better. Even in a bundle this is still expensive for what you are getting. I also struggle to suggest supporting this publisher for deleting the patch even though it can still easily be found.
Came for boobies. Stayed for story
(UPDATE: As of 3/31/2023, the R18 patch is no longer available due to Prekano's closure.) The anime version introduced me to this visual novel and I can say that after completing it, the visual novel has better narrative than the anime version. While the anime and VN have the same premise and progress, here we see the reason why FemC wants to go to a smaller clinic with MC instead of refusing to being married off just because like in the anime. It's a good read. Just make sure to install R18+ patch before playing.
