Too many bugs to recommend right now. Can't skip the tutorial Tutorial steps don't track correctly Numerous Steps and text appeared at once. I'd like a refund

My son really likes playing this game with me in co-op mode, though I think we need a bit more practise to improve and get enough stars to move forwards. The special weapons are a nice feature as are the different level goals. It's great to have a less violent alternative to fortnight as I definitely feel more comfortable playing this with the kid. Overall I recommend the game but there are definitely features that could be improved in future updates. Suggested improvements: Two characters initially unlocked for the co-op mode. It'd be nice to be able to skip the video intros after first viewing. They can get a bit irksome on repeat. Would love to see remappable keys for the keyboard controls, I tried using a keypad/mouse combo but the lack of enter key on the pad meant I kept having to go back to my normal keyboard.

The game does a poor job of telling you where damage is coming from and why you died, which makes reacting to taking damage difficult. More unfortunately though is the lack of online play. It might be fun with friends, but I was completely unable to get Steam Remote Play to work properly for the local multiplayer so I couldn't tell. This game shows a lot of promise with some fun gamemodes and a unique style, but I'm going to wait until they add online multiplayer and a bit more polish.

I was really looking forward to this game, but it's at best a beta version. I can overlook the fact that the cinematic sequences are a joke and do not really lead the player into an atmospheric environment. The real issue started for me with the gameplay and controls itself. To really play this with several people you need proper controller support. But the unfortunate truth is, that the controlls are choppy and most frustrating. You can hardly hit anything and looking around is quite disorienting because of the choppyness. There is as well no proper auto aim and just as important an auto aim setting that can be tuned so that players that are not so familiar with shooters have at least somewhat of a chance against more seasoned ones. Then the game modes, where there is no proper explaination delivered how they work. So you end up with frustrating trial and error to figure out what the heck you are supposed to do. The controls are not helping with that either. Looking past that, non of the play modes really made any fun with only two players. A mixed bag with a few issues, but an amazing community run by the indie company and a stand out VS mode keep me coming back for more. The overall gameplay and mechanics are quite cool and unique, with the jet pack flying reminding me somewhat of Rocket League and even diving in and out of water can act as a great way of sneaking up and eliminating your buds. It's a decent skill floor but high ceiling. Jetpack control does serious wonders for you and from what I can tell is going to take a while to master. It can feel a little clunky/frustrating at times when trying to aim and fly. The graphics are probably the stand out thing here, super colourful and quirky. My little brother loves the characters and the maps are all unique. The map specific hazards make levels more interesting. Sadly the campaign can feel a little dull. Even though there is a variety of objectives and maps there's a few problems. For example, the cut scenes can be a little lifeless. Sure asking for speech/voice actors to cover 8 languages might be asking too much given this is an indie title, but would it kill to put in a few cute otter speaks?
