I love the details woven into the environments, the atmosphere is solid, and the gameplay was very satisfying as well. Every level is unique and it never feels tedious or generic. I got some Eraserhead vibes in some places and there was a level in particular that reminded me of how it felt to explore in Silent Hill 3, that feeling of being in abandoned buildings suspended within a void. If you enjoy that sort of aesthetic as well as some light Giger/Beksinski energy this is an experience you'll likely appreciate. The music/emotional depth was another plus, don't want to spoil anything so I'll simply say the game feels like a full horror/liminal experience that will likely scratch some unexpected itches if you're into any of the artists I mentioned (not to imply it borrows from them, only that it captures that same energy in a way most things don't, really fits into that sort of genre while creating a unique identity).4 found this helpful
The Protagonist was really well made for the devs first ever horror game. The game was scary, creepy, had some really good jumpscares, and some areas was so beautifully created. The audio, sounds and music was unique and refreshing. I enjoyed playing this - and thank you to the devs!4 found this helpful
Well, it's an emotional experience. Sounds, lights and shadows are perfectly designed for the immersive story. Definitely worth the few bucks!3 found this helpful
beat with the game with 69% achievements. A spacey realm exploring realistic horror game as you uncover mysteries in dark underground tunnels, giant cyberpunk like stadiums and strange houses as you are chased by an evil ugly monster. Immersion is top notch and the game is full of magic 10/102 found this helpful
