The secret of Timberland features a variety of game-based interactions to increase the level of storytelling, such as:

• Animation - animated backgrounds and characters
• Mythology – many of the actions and creatures in the novel are taken from Western European mythology. Thanks to this, you will be able to learn a lot about an unknown culture, rituals and about the ancient evil that is fraught with Western European mythology
• Drawing - the novel uses mostly black and white colors, which helps the player to fully immerse himself in the atmosphere and the dark world of Timberland

• User Choices - take control of Kira’s fate. You get to make important decisions about characters’ relationships, actions, and more. Be careful not to pick a wrong choice- everyone’s lives could be destroyed.
• Multiple Endings - the novel will have three endings: bad, good and secret (more endings and an epilogue will be if you unlock it in the funding targets)
• Romance - you will find a very intricate love polygon, the ends of which can not converge. Can you untangle the web of feelings of all the characters?
• Time machine - by the progress of the game story, you will be able to go back in time to your favorite moments, just add that moment to the list and navigate here in any moment
• Investigation system - find evidence of the missing children, but be patient and pay attention to the details; the most important clues may be the hardest to find!
