The Static

This is an amazing cozy platform game. This game does an amazing job at balancing chill and challenging game-play. The controls are very user-friendly and easy to learn, but the levels have unique themes and mechanics to them that add an extra layers of complexity. You can also either go at your own pace or challenge yourself by getting all collectibles/fast level clear times. The environments are also very mesmerizing and have vibrant color palettes. There are so many places to get some cool, aesthetic views and photos from. Overall, this game was very enjoyable, and I can't wait to continue playing this game and see some of the new levels later on!

The Static is a charming 3D platformer where you play as a ghost traveling through TVs and using your Clicker (and some base movement abilities) to defeat enemies. It largely plays like a more linear, course-clear platformer, but its unique setting, fun character design, and vibes make it a worthwhile play for fans of the genre! Congrats on the release!

very cool aesthetics and i love that this is a more platforming focused 3d platformer instead of a collectathon like most of these games i find (no hate to those just not my thing). the platforming is very fun with a lot of cool mechanics that add up and start to feel really involved

So much fun and so much personality! The Static feels very nostalgic but fresh with an amazing visual style, fun gameplay, and great soundtrack. The level design is intuitive and challenging with distinct elements for each area which makes for an interesting and fun experience as you progress. The vibrant colors and relaxing soundtrack lead to a soothing gameplay experience, which is great for those more challenging channels. I will get every penny...even if it breaks my controller-- that being said, it plays beautifully on a controller and movement feels very satisfying. I look forward to future updates and I'm so excited to see The Static grow!

Gives off major classic action-platformer vibes. Imagine a mix between Mario 64, Psychonauts, Donkey Kong Country, and more. Definitely looking forward to the full version.
