Better off pirating it. • No multiplayer mode. • No widescreen support • Ubiconnect
GREAT STORY GREAT GAMEPLAY PROB MY FAV IN THE FRANCHISE
ubisuck connect is required to run this single player game
A fantastic action stealth game that iterates on mechanics from the first while maintaining the same gameplay elements. Level design is a complete step up from the original, with far more memorable locations. The story feels like a downgrade from the original, and oftentimes feels poorly paced and underdeveloped/underexplained. As with all of the old splinter cell games; widescreen fixes and texture patches are highly recommended for a better experience.
When Splinter Cell: Deathwatch was released on Netflix, Ubisoft finally brought Pandora Tomorrow to Digital Stores. I was so happy. Before, you had to get a copy of this game from an abandonware website, then download mods that fix the graphical issues caused by modern hardware. Shadows wouldn't load. With this re-release, Ubisoft fixed the graphical issues..... And that's it. The game is not widescreen, they removed multiplayer, and they force Ubisoft Connect on you. I was shocked when I played though the version and saw the framerate dip in certain areas. I also crashed twice in the penultimate level. It was at the same part, and I don't know why it happened. Despite my issues, this is still a great game and I enjoyed playing it, but I recommend you get ThirteenAG's Widescreen Fix. So, I still recommend playing this game (I mean, it's $10), but this re-release could have been, and should have been, so much more. They didn't have to do much. They could have added widescreen support natively, added the updated textures from the PS3 version, and brought back multiplayer. Nothing fancy. Seriously, Ubisoft, if you're seeing this, if you bring back Spies Vs Mercs as a standalone ga…
The game is a crashy mess i wish i could experience. Of what ive read online and of own experience 9/10 if you get this game it will crash on you so many times it becomes unplayable. Buying this game is a gamble. Ive tried every thing verifying files, run as admin, uninstalling and reinstalling, updating drivers, restarting my pc, the widescreen patch, ive tried different compability modes basically everything the internet has to offer, and i can max play for like 3 minutes. If any of you know the fix please comment. now ubisoft is the most sped company to have ever existed, to have the audacity to re-release such a broken game is insanity, their downfall as a game company has to be studied. I bet you every single dev they have dont even like video games they just took the job for the good pay. But through their entire course on how to become a dev they were on their ass doing ♥♥♥♥ all, AN INFANT CAN CODE GAMES BETTER THAN THEM UPDATE shortly after this review i found a guide on how to remove ubisoft connect from the game https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3586803351 and funnily enough this was the problem that kept crashing my game, ubisoft is basically brick…
