Does not seem to resemble the ad that got me to check it out. Still fun game, if similar to others of the genre.

Not like game that falsely advertised on Youtube as monster collecting or every monster is a beautiful female to add your party or dungeon survivor game. Just another boring building game with time based building with pvp and a lot collecting resources. Totally not into this game. Characters are not even that good either quite so very disappointed. Art and gameplay is not that good in my opinion. Also music is no that good.

Customer Service is slow to resolve issues with known bad players who harass and attempt to troll others. 5 reports against 1 player for repeating the exact same doctored photo of a veteran player, clearly show that someone is living rent free in someone elses mind. They don't value you your contributions to their company regardless of how much you spend. The gameplay is also not like you are shown in many of their advertisements either. They want you to think its this cool little PvE game, but its more PvP than anything with server vs server battles. There is very very little Adventure or Strategy to this game as many of their heroes are out of balance. If you are a new player reading this, go Horde, because even if they tell you its weak against League, its not. Also its not really a casual game. Get ready to spend most of your day checking in to take part in all of the events they throw at you, because if you don't you will be quickly left behind.
