"Tornado: Research and Rescue" is an action-packed simulation game that takes you back to the glory days of storm chasing in the 1990s, reminiscent of a popular movie from the era. As you hunt down tornadoes across a realistic recreation of a real-world location in tornado alley, you'll have access to vintage equipment, including scientific probes and doppler radar, to help you track and intercept these powerful storms. Your mission is to collect valuable scientific data from the tornadoes, but don't let the old-school tech fool you - this game is all about fast-paced action and nonstop excitement. You won't have a moment to spare as you navigate treacherous terrain and engage in rescue missions to warn people caught in the path of the storm.
Selling collected data will earn you money that you can use to upgrade your vehicle, probe, radar and camera. With procedurally generated tornadoes, towns and destruction, no two chases are the same. i love this game but i found a bug. the bug is when you park your can realy close to a siren and try to enter the car it finks you want to sound the siren so you cant get into the car but the graphics are amaising
best 14 bucks spent on a storm chasing game for me yet. pretty immersive, but also has a unique taste of arcadiness. it really leaves you between the arcadic feeling of a game, and how immersive it can be at the same time. there's nothing more petrifying than seeing a text highlighted in red saying "!! IT IS COMING FOR YOU !!". it does take a bit to learn everything around, but it is all smooth sailing within the first few hours of playtime.
Fantastic game, continuing to get better and better as the devs are very active with their updates!!! If you would like an older-themed, arcade feeling game!! Solid 8/10 will continue to come back to this gem.
takes a little bit to know where everything is. great game!
very fun and i fully reccomend but there is one thing that make this game a 3/10 so when trees get took thier collision stays so i hit random ass invisible blotchs please fix this asap
