Pretty rough UI, campaign walks you through some steps but I felt it did a poor job explaining most things. It's a cool concept but not a great execution. Worth trying if you find it on sale.
I bought this game couple of years ago and started out ok but as I played over the course of a month or so, started having problems with glitches where it became impossible to play. Would not recommend particularly at the regular price of $40 its a total reap-off. Go for American Truck Simulator if your looking for a great trucking game
Big map, lots of trucks, but clunky UI and repetitive gameplay make it feel more like work than fun. Score: 🚚⚠️ = 5/10
I enjoy playing business simulators too. Mainly got this because other Deck13 game, TransOcean.was so good. This game initially felt bit harsh. User interface would have needed more polishing. There are some basic functions involving rigs and drivers, that just feel oddly placed. Once you get over that, game feels good to play. Tutorials helps a bit too. Managing options are good. This is bit deeper management game. It does not hold your hand, so you have to learn by making mistakes. Just like in real life. Getting from nothing to blooming business is hard. You have to make all right choices, and even have some luck on top. This is hard, but rewarding game. If you're looking for something easy, don't buy this.
The game is pretty simple, perfect to play as a sideshow while talking to people or watching a movie or podcast. I would recommend it but there are 2 or 3 bugged steam achievments which is a deal killer for me as a completionist. There are some minor annoying mechanics like the maintenance making you fail a contract, bcs it has to be that particular truck which is stuck for two days who has to finisch the contract while others could have taken over. The UI can be annoying, so much drag and drop for assigning the trucks a contract, and then the depots list always jumps to the top after each. The contract offers can't be sorted by earnings and other little nit picky stuff. The game does not appear to get updates anymore since a few years which is fair in it self, but there are still some little bugs in the game. Like a truck getting lost or driving arund without a driver but thats somewhat rare. When you have the highest level with around 100 trucks the performance tanks.
