I haven't finished this game yet, but I still wanted to give it a shoutout. The main goal of We are Eva is to reach a teleporter in a small level room to move to the next one. The thing is, navigating through these levels can be hard with all the construction and surfaces blocking your path. It's a good thing there are 2 levels in one, meaning you can switch between either of the 2 anytime and still be in the same spot you were in. On the other hand, the 2 levels aren't completely similar being slightly different from one another, but those dissimilar can be all you'll need to reach the path you want to get to. You just need to memorise what both of these levels look like so you don't end up getting stuck somewhere or dying in the process. That is not the only difference, each level is colour-coded (yes including the split level), letting you know what type of level is it, for example, if it is blues the level is floating, yellow, it is slippery or, purple (my most hated one) your movement controls are inverted. Wonderful quirky little game designed for both first impressions and for replayability. 9 / 10 [-2 for very evil level design, +1 for amazing execution]

I don't think I'm going to replay this game. If a charming, but frequently frustrating puzzle platformer sounds like something you'll only play once, get it at a discount. At the time of this review it's on sale for two bucks, which is a steal for just about anything.

A very challenging platformer game, in which you need to switch between dimensions for completing levels (a bit similar to the Steam-game "In-Vert"). You are able to jump, double-jump, hold on walls and switch between dimensions during the game. Every time you die in this game, the level itself will change a bit. I really like the protagonist's cheeky and charming attitude at the same time. She's even going to greet you (the gamer) directly as soon as you return back to a game. The developer themself is helping out fast, if their customer's are in need for help, which is unfortunately rare in Steam and therefore worth mentioning extra in a positive review. And for Linux users I suggest to use "Proton 9.0-4 ", because that emulator worked perfectly fine for myself.
