- Buy food to keep yourself standing.
- Dig up coal and iron, selling them to the railroad and the blacksmith who counts every cent.
- Build a furnace, smelt your ore, and learn that metal only has value if you can protect it. Raise a bank, a machine factory, and help craftsmen whose smiles hide their own secrets.
- Discover oil on your land, black gold that can change your life or ruin it.
- Hire workers, set up pumps, build homes and workshops as the town grows with you, though not always toward the light.

I'll start off with one plus: Immediately after running the stamina begins regenerating. Otherwise, it's a tedious grind shoveling dirt with you silly shovel. Environment is very bare bones, just enough to sell the player bricks, wood and shovel upgrades, nothing more, it's a lifeless wasteland. Game lacks any story or engaging missions, just a sad and lonely grind. I don't see myself ever returning to this game, because I know what awaits me is just some more shoveling dirt and running between the food stand and blacksmith with my wheelbarrow.2 found this helpful

Way to grindy for my liking but it's not a bad idea. Few bugs/issues here and there, though it is still early. If you don't mind tedious games, give it a go. Personally I think I'll pass, but I have to say recommend, it's not bad.
I like it. I like how straight forward it is and the chain of upgrades. Its fun to see what I can unlock next and slowly expand my mining empire!!!
I really wanted to like this game because there's a solid foundation here. The mining, town-building, and Wild West setting all have a lot of potential, but right now it feels like it needed more time in the oven. My biggest issue is the grind. Coal is required for almost everything, yet you're expected to mine it manually for far too long. You can hire a worker to refine oil, but oddly there's no option to hire someone to mine coal—the resource you constantly need. That turns progression into a repetitive loop of digging the same resource over and over instead of expanding and automating your operation. The game has some fun ideas and I can definitely see what the developers were aiming for. If the progression was better balanced, automation was expanded (especially for coal), and the overall experience received another layer of polish, I think this could become a really enjoyable simulator. At the moment, I'd recommend it only if you don't mind a heavy grind. I'll be keeping an eye on future updates because I genuinely think this game has the potential to be much better.
