Youxing continent is one of those MMO games that throws a ridiculous amount of ideas at me from the moment I start playing, and I found that surprisingly entertaining. It gives me a large open world to explore, with monsters to fight, supplies to collect, dungeons to challenge and plenty of equipment to experiment with. I liked the freedom because I can spend my time doing whatever sounds interesting instead of being pushed along one narrow path. The equipment system is easily one of my favorite parts. There are loads of different weapons, skills, talents and strange equipment effects that let me build my character in very different ways. I enjoyed testing combinations because the game clearly wants experimentation to be a major part of progression. It feels rewarding when I find a setup that works especially well and suddenly start tearing through content that was giving me trouble earlier. The multiplayer side gives the game a lot more to do. I can team up for PvE content, compete in PvP activities and take part in larger guild battles.
