Slime Soup

Pretty fun little game. Balatro-like about goo balls from World of Goo. Kinda. In some ways pretty polished, in others – not so much (like lack of sounds and feedback on some actions or way too weird animations). Also some text typos like "loose" instead of "lose".

A great puzzle game that includes a few of my favorite things: goblins, slime, and humour that's gross without being tasteless. I really dig this one and look forward to playing it when I'm not playing it.

It's a good time killer with fun and satisfying sounds/ visuals, that being said the balance is all over the place and it is much too easy. Would be good to see some added difficulty levels for a bit more replayability but I got a fun 9 hours out of it and the game is definitely priced correctly

Goofy goblins, slime, and poop in soup. What more could you want. This is a great game. And its made in Godot!!! My game has not crashed a single time for me or my friend, that problem seems to have been fixed.

If you are looking for a relatively quick-round physics-based match game, this has all the best mechanics! There are plenty of fun upgrades that may change your build half-way through, but a run might take 20 minutes so you aren't ever too invested time-wise. I don't find the difficulty to be too challenging, and you can still win or lose no matter how you do at the beginning. The explosion mechanic is about the most difficult - yet possibly rewarding - part of this game. You do have to be careful with your linking order so you don't blast out valuable objects, but it can be difficult to intentionally aim. I've had trouble finding other specific strategy to this game. It's physics based, so there is a little bit of placement that gets out of your control - but there are ways to mitigate the randomness and actually prepare for future turns. The best part about this game is that it is disgusting. There are items and playful art that just does enough to give me the ick. I wouldn't want a slime soup kitchen to be any other way.
