GUTTED: Infested Crypts

WOW! That was insane!

While I can't say I have much interest in the developers previous outings, this game looked cool enough to grab for $10. Am I glad I did. The gunplay, the gore, the character design, the atmosphere, the tension, the level design - all extremely satisfying. While the game is contained to about an hour and a half, there's more to see after your first time through. New game plus, difficulty modifiers, and more to check out after completing. I've only finished my first playthrough, but I'm interested to see what lies in the other content. The one thing I can't quite wrap my head around is anything to do with any sort of story, lore, etc. You're pretty much dropped into a crypt, proceeding down a path that is almost comparable to Trepang in a morbid, almost Dark Souls style dungeon/crypt, armed with firepower and a modern machete. Why? Who cares - heavy metal, that's why. One of the most enjoyable games I've made it through this year - keep it up Slam Away, there's a bright future ahead of you here! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on more, if this is the path that ya'll are taking.

This game ruled. Loved the claustrophobia and the weighty gunplay. The way your character swings their weapons around really gave the action some impact. Guns are powerful, but you are very vulnerable while reloading. There are also some genuinely good scares to be had here. For the price asking i think it is a great experience

i dont know man, for me, its just perfect. Its just a cool game with nice gunplay and cool enemy design.

The gunplay is fun and impactful need more enemy types there is only 4 scorpion / zombie / nun / lama fun game to be honest I enjoyed it
