Void Salvage

A pretty fun little blend of genres, perfect for fans of roguelikes and incremental/idlers alike. Pop the desktop mode on and watch the radar immerse itself into the corner of your screen. Overall not my usual cup of tea, but I surprisingly enjoyed my time with this one and definitely look forward to sinking more time in! My two critiques, first mild then major: The derelicts would benefit from a border, as they're basically impossible to see; the asteroid zones are a no-go for me due to motion sickness. Thank you again to the developer for providing a key, reception of this key was not a factor in my review score.

Nice incremental / roguelite game. I played Mode 1 for several hours. It's engaging and quite a time sink, so be aware! I like the multiple upgrade layers (core, spaceships, modules, sockets). It does have some bugs, but it's actively being developed and fixed. I'd recommend it over any "free" incremental game, as you pay once and can enjoy it continuously.

A fun roguelike that has that one more jump vibe to it, I played for quite a bit more than I meant to last night. I'd originally played the demo in NextFest and am happy I picked it up after release. There's various places where the systems and the calculations could be much clearer, and a light QoL pass (e.g. for flagging hostiles, I shoudn't have to either hover over them or press Alt to see the count) would be nice. The game does drag a little after the 2nd prestige. Can't really complain for the price though. I'm playing via Proton. The game runs fine, however if it loses focus the window disappears until you alt-tab back, and you can't get back out of the Desktop Mode without a restart.

chill low-key space roguelite autobattler where the main draw is a deep upgrade system for your ship's core systems, modules & drones. ambient score is very soothing. would benefit from some random events & salvaging derelict ships being more involved. for what it is & the price tho, it's a fine little time waster.

A nice looking pixel art game with relaxing music, perfect for incremental and space exploration. It's got all the mechanics that I like for an incremental game and space sim. The best way to play is in incremental mode.
