This is a classic that every star wars fan should play through at least once. Back in the day before Disney did their damage to Star Wars, we had this. Excellent story telling, heroes, villains, and Luke Skywalker that wasn't a shell of his former self.
This game shows its age. Its an utter lesson in frustration; with cryptic controls, illogical maze-like level design, terrible shooting and light sabre fighting that is floaty, slow and very primitive, each engagement feels like a roll of the dice. It essentially means I save scummed constantly, reloading the same engagements until the RNG came up in my favor. The early game shooting and low-power force skills are an utter chore to use and drove me off before my first dark-jedi encounter. I have played and finished this game in my youth, mulitple times, but this time around, after getting stuck trying to body open a tiny door with 2 insta-kill snipers behind it that never missed a single shot in over 20 save-scum reloads, a broken keyboard, and the realisation that I should do something more constructive with my life, I uninstalled the game. CV-11 praised this game from top to bottom and quite frankly I don't know what he is smoking. This is not the 'good Star Wars game' don't let the nostalgia goggles blind you. Raven missed the mark here, it sucks. Additional annoyances: Multiple third party fixes required for resolution, lighting and crosshair to even be playable, plus long…
