Idk what others are saying about it being a bad port; I played through and it was just fine. However, a much less quality game than the first in terms of content and story. ALSO - This PC port does not have the Epilogue Endor mission if you choose the Dark Side ending like how you can play the Tatooine and Hoth Dark Side missions in the first game. Sadly there is no official way to play the Endor mission, which makes this otherwise 7/10 a 6 or 6.5/10. Overall the game's super short, story is meh, no Endor, just play TFU1 instead.1 found this helpful
Great story. If you are a real Star Wars fan. This game will explain to you a lot oabout the lore of one of the most powerful person in the whole Star Wars' universe. Don't forget to play the first one first.
I rarely review games but I feel this one warrants a review somewhat. This is a very, very light negative review, somewhere closer to mixed. The game sure is fun, it's more of the same as Force Unleashed 1. I won't touch much on the hardware aspects; most people here have already done that and I installed some fixes and it worked aside from maybe two crashes? so I feel I can't speak to that. The real egregious crap for me is how stupidly short it is. DO NOT buy this game at full price, DO NOT buy it at half price. The $8.99 it regularly drops too is still too high imo. Anything above 5 dollars USD is too high. Without spoiling too much, the story barely expands on anything in Force Unleashed 1 and if you only play the game, you'll be left disappointed in this game's story. To get the full story you need to read the novel and the graphic novel to see the other POVs that this game just vaguely hints at, which is awful writing in my opinion. The level design doesn't help much, given there's only truly 3 proper levels and each one ends up rehashing or reusing assets from earlier in the game. I beat the game on hard mode and the first few levels are brutal slogs where I died a lot,…
It just doesn't start with my RTX5090 system. Reduced resolution 4K to 1080, even 720p. Changed every settings in that but when i play start... it just crushes.
Couldn't get past the tutorial level without it continuing to crash on me in the cutscenes
