Hero Quest: Tower Conflict, developed by Mihai Morosanu and published by New Reality Games, is a small-scale tower battle strategy game that tries to blend the fast-paced tension of real-time combat with the planning of unit deployment and spell usage. The premise is simple enough to be immediately graspable—you and your opponent each command a fortress on opposite ends of the battlefield, summoning units and casting spells to destroy the other’s tower before yours falls. It’s a concept that has been seen before in countless mobile and flash games, but the hope here is that the mechanics and progression system would inject enough depth to make the battles satisfying and replayable. On paper, the idea holds promise: a duel of reflexes and resource management where every second and every unit counts. The gameplay revolves around summoning units and casting spells with shared cooldowns. You start each round with access to four unit types—two melee and two ranged—and a few basic spells. Each unit has its own strengths and weaknesses, but rather than managing resources or building complex armies, your choices are restricted by cooldown timers that determine how often you can act.
