Every run throws different enemies, bosses, weapons, and wild power-ups at you, mixing classic circle-strafing action with modifiable guns and absurd mobility upgrades that turn you into an unstoppable bullet-dodging machine.

I don't think it's a stretch to say it was until Post Void and others similar to it, that the niche finally figured out how to make permadeath feel fair. [h1]Positives[/h1] + Weapons have good impact. + Good aesthetics and graphics. [h1]Negatives[/h1] - No perk or weapon pickups to spice things up. - No permanent upgrades for your character. Which would've been fine, if you didn't feel weak to begin with, but you do. - Health doesn't recover between levels. Which is annoying, when bosses and levels in general have a lot of things that can attack you.2 found this helpful
Really fun game with the right amount of jank that makes it fun and not overtuned. Could have a ton of replayability with the random modifier room mode, but some of the random effects were too punishing.
Solid game. As a fan of the genre I approve.
Always been fun as balls, and always will be. 8/10 Additional Jumps
bluegrass is best
Too clunky mechanics even for me who is not picky. Oh well got as a gift so all good!
