BIT.TRIP FATE

All the BIT.TRIP games are good, but FATE didn't capture me for a long period of time. The music and visuals are great as always, but it wasn't a particularly memorable experience. I would start with one of the RUNNER games and if you like it, maybe move onto this. Worth checking, but not a super strong recommendation.

I love this games music, art style, and somber tone in comparison to the other games in the series and Overall I had a good time, however this game is also extremely disappointing. Not only is this game really short but I also feel like not enough was done with the whole "on rails" gimmick. No new interesting mechanics are introduced either and it just makes this game feel like it could have been a whole lot more. It really is a shame because this game will most likely never get a remake or successor of some sort due to the developers obsession with the Runner games in recent years

I don't think I share the experiences of the negative reviews for this game. Yes, it's a relatively simplistic rail shooter/bullet hell that punishes failure by forcing the player to restart the entire level. But if that's too much of a problem, there's difficulty settings that don't alter the gameplay but make the ordeal easier to get through without dying. I enjoyed the different power-ups from Commander Video's companions, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, particularly as the player modes-up. The music ir, typical for BIT.TRIP, enjoyable and suits the game very well. I would counsel that players would almost certainly want to deploy CursorJail to be able to have fun with this; Gaijin have form for not porting these WIi games to PC flawlessly, and the cursor escaping the window and throwing a spanner in the game is an excellent case in point.

This was banger, short amd sweet. The bullet hell helped me enjoy more games. Second, This always be all time classic in my heart and soul. I need to beat this game before it's over
