This game in the series is longer, that's a good thing. I recommend playing the entire series of these games.

This one was a bit more meandering than the other ones, but was still interesting and enjoyable. A lot more areas, and some of the puzzles were a little bit more challenging. It's important to click on absolutely everything in the environment.

I was fooled by the default VX Ace talk sprites, but then I learned new words! It's a surprisingly charming little game. Well-written if you love sci-fi and low-budget RPG Maker stuff. I didn't expect to be so pulled in upon opening this, but it turns out that I am the exact target audience for this sort of thing. Very charming cast of characters, I love feel-good sci-fi. If this is your first time playing an RPG Maker game like this, you should expect to have to trigger dialogue you've already seen in order for certain flags to activate. For example, [spoiler]I tried to go show the confidental Strata file to the old man, before going back and asking Omar about the disguise,[/spoiler] and was a little confused why it wasn't coming up. Once I went back and triggered the conversation with Omar again it worked though. Other than that, I have only positive things to say. If you're into space operas and like RPG Maker freeware (or other indie RPGs/adventure games) this may be very up your alley.

Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis is a fantastic continuation of the sci-fi saga that elevates the series by adding complex political intrigue and higher narrative stakes. Following Captain Gail Pilgrim as she is forced to navigate a corrupt and tense colony under martial law, this point-and-click adventure trades simple fetch-quests for deeper world-building and more engaging conversation dynamics. The puzzles feel significantly more logical and well-integrated into the plot compared to the previous episodes, making the retro RPG Maker environment feel alive despite its visual limitations. While the pacing can slow down during heavy dialogue sequences, the excellent character development and suspenseful storytelling make it an absolute must-play chapter for fans of old-school indie sci-fi

Space Pilgrim Episode III: Delta Pavonis is where the series truly reaches for the stars. After the emotional events of the previous episode, stepping into the Delta Pavonis system feels like entering a living, breathing corner of the galaxy. Planet Leto is beautifully crafted for a retro-inspired RPG Maker title—filled with political intrigue, mysterious disappearances, and a constant sense that something bigger is unfolding behind the scenes. Captain Gail Pilgrim continues to be a compelling protagonist. Her journey in this episode feels more personal and mature, especially as the search for her father drives the narrative forward. The writing does an excellent job balancing heartfelt moments with suspense, making it difficult to put the game down once the mystery begins to unravel. What impressed me the most was the scale. Episode III offers some of the largest and most varied locations in the entire saga. From bustling spaceports to dangerous oceans and isolated settlements, every area contributes to the feeling of exploring an expansive sci-fi universe. Despite its simple pixel-art presentation, the world is surprisingly immersive. The soundtrack complements the atmosphere…
