✦ AI summary

Lock's Quest successfully brings a charming blend of tower defense, real-time strategy, and action gameplay that remains engaging, with good pacing and constantly evolving mechanics that keep missions fresh. However, the Steam port is marred by significant technical issues including controller compatibility problems, game-breaking bugs that prevent basic functions like alt-tabbing and menu access, and some players find the early game difficulty spike frustratingly steep without adjustments or additional resources.

Lock's Quest is one of those rare handheld-era titles that still holds up thanks to its mix of real-time strategy, tower defense, and light RPG storytelling. Don't buy this, it's made for the DS and it's very unintuitive on PC.

Too much lags and bugs. I don't recommand this game. The DS version is way more better (starting by working properly).

That ♥♥♥♥ blocks alt-tab, doesn’t show any menu when I press ESC, it was impossible to skip the intro video or exit the game at any point, I had to reboot my PC!!!
