Dungeon Warfare 2

Its a good game but for me the difficulty is too hard to manage in a good way. I like to push myself in my tower defense games, really try and pull off those miracle wins that are nailbitingly hard. Here you decide the difficulty yourself, in ways that are very random and hard for the developers to plan for. Its more of a sandbox then a progression with intent, in my experience its been very hard to decide the difficulty in a way that is fun. A lot of the time I either set challenges for myself that has turned out to be impossible to clear with my current skills/items and other times it has been too easy. I've realized I prefer games that gives me a well designed challenge rather than giving me the job of designing my own level of challenge with almost no limitations

One of the best TD games out there, gets a lil grindy if you want the items for a niche build but I enjoy it.
