The MONOLITH has changed my life! I can now fully revitalize myself for the extremely generous cost of ONLY $50, I fear that this revolutionary piece of ancient wonder is being ACTIVELY SUPPRESSED by EVIL CONGLOMERATES. Make no mistake, the name of the publisher is NO COINCIDENCE. I can only imagine that this dastardly monument to corporate greed tried to prevent our heroic developer from spreading the good word of the MONOLITH in his unique and quite frankly genre-defining horror experience, only for them to defy their corrupt overlords. the MONOLITH's many great capabilities are not just limited to its miraculous restoration abilities, it also wields the uncanny power to imbue your weapon with enhanced powers and even conjure ammunition for its beneficiary, in this case YOU. WHY YOU MAY ASK? BECAUSE THE MONOLITH LOVES YOU. It will gladly aid you in gunning down an infinitely advancing infantry of DEERMEN who wish for your UNTIMELY DEMISE. That will, however, not happen because the MONOLITH does not falter. TRAUMA TEAM and their band of pathetic hedonistic BULLIES have limited the great MONOLITH'S power to create ALLIES, produce TRAPS and so much more... The game does no…
Warning: Asset Flip! "Ray of Light" is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of generic Unity assets and slapped a stolen monster asset in the middle to make a minimum effort cash-grab scam first person horror jumpscare asset flip... something this developer has a long history of doing, especially with their close business ties to the now-banned Atomic Fabrik. It has no value or merit as a real game. Conglomerate 5/SA…

This is yet another short, and cheap, horror game made with Unity by an indie dev. It looks to be his first game, and it is not bad for what it is. It does not even pretend to have any kind of story. It is just a quick "collect-things-while-avoiding-a-monster" game. You start out driving up an overgrown dirt driveway. Your car is almost out of gas, and you hope the people who live here can give you some spare gas. When you first see the house, it looks old and in disrepair. The front door is boarded up, but there are some lights on. This first impression definitely gives off vibes of the original 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' movie. Graphics are a little clunky-looking, but decent. The voice acting is horrible. I would not classify this as a horror game at all. There is no fear, no suspense, and just one cheap jump-scare. The things you need to collect are a kerosene lamp, lamp oil, a pair of bolt cutters, and a flare gun. These things are all easily found out in the open, such as laying on tables and sitting on the ground. The game is done in first-person view. The controls are simple. The keyboard only has walk, talk, interact with stuff, refill l…

A nice experience in a secluded cabin hidden deep inside the forest. You will face a doll inside this haunted cabin. The end-game sequence is horrifying when the creature keeps following you while you wait out the timer.

Ray of Light is a first-person survival horror game developed by SAFING and published by Conglomerate 5. Built around the simple but effective concept of surviving in an environment consumed by darkness, the game emphasizes exploration, suspense, and limited resources rather than fast-paced action. Players awaken in an unsettling location with little understanding of what has happened, leaving them to uncover the truth by investigating abandoned areas, piecing together clues, and confronting the unknown. Instead of delivering an extensive narrative through lengthy dialogue, the game allows its mysterious setting and environmental storytelling to gradually reveal the bigger picture, encouraging curiosity from beginning to end. The defining feature of Ray of Light is its use of illumination as a core gameplay mechanic. Darkness is not merely an aesthetic choice but a constant threat that influences every decision the player makes. Light becomes an essential survival tool, guiding exploration while helping to keep danger at bay. Managing available resources adds another layer of tension, as players must carefully balance exploration with the need to preserve their means of survival. …
