Radiant Exodus

Nice short horror game with a few good jump scares and a creepy atmosphere. Played on the steamdeck and just needed to bind the Q key.

This is a pretty cool project with an interesting storyline! It could use polish in a few areas (narrative, sound design, and overall game feel), but for what it is it's very enjoyable!

Its a short but pretty good game imo. it didnt really have bugs from what i had. i didnt even die once. it has a nice atmosphere. i liked it. the story is intresting i hope there is going to be more to it. it reminds me of metro a bit. in locations i mean. the story also reminds me of a horror manga i went across a while ago. it was pretty nice. it was short but enjoyable. my only problem was the objective point system. you had to specifically go to those locations instead of going close to it but not fully touching it. if that hitbox could be bigger for example at the subway. it would be more enjoyable keep up the good work.

This is quite a short game, I finished it in about an hour. But overall, it's pretty solid. I didn't have any technical issues, but I do wish there was some kind of video options available in terms of limiting frames of vsync. There are a lot of quality-based video settings but even with everything turned all the way up I didn't have a lot of stuttering or freezing or anything. The game has one gun in it and is fairly linear, but it kind of seems intentionally to be an almost on-rails shooter experience where move from one location to the next. The story is pretty good, nothing mind-blowing but it has a clear narrative and you can easily follow what's going on. I never got lost or stuck because of any technical issues. The game is also kind of presented as horror with some scares in it, and that was also fine. There are a few jump scares here and there of the alien monsters coming after you. It never felt really unfair, but there are some quirks with it for sure. In the first level you get a document that you can use 'Q' to reread at any point, and that was fine, but later in the game you learn about a code to open a door that you have to memorize. This game is short, makes no sense and then abruptly ends. Got it for $1 and it is sort of worth it. A couple of laughs.

A quick jaunt through some light horror. Pros: Obviously a labor of love. Fun creepy enemies. Short. Cons: Audio leveling is awful, some sounds are way too loud. Needs an FPS limiter, had some insane coil whine from setup being too powerful. Short. Overall it was a fun little playthrough, and I look forward to the creators new endeavors.
