Purple Place - Classic Games

This is not the true classic, but a good core memory nonetheless.
**OH JEEZ**
I got the game for 2 reasons. The first one is because it is so cheap, and secondly because it is a childhood treasure. New generations will probably never understand how popular this was with kids when it came out. It is so simple and stupid, and yet somehow it became a core memory that has stayed with people for ages. It honestly surprised me seeing it on Steam, so of course I had to get it, revive the memory, and feel that nostalgia hitting me again. After playing the game for a few hours though, I can say that it did not live up to my expectations. Gamers in today's society are so used to complex games now that something like this can easily feel like slop or complete garbage. I doubt it can really live up to the expectations of most players today, and I don't even know if everyone will feel that nostalgia coming back because people might be looking at this game through the wrong lens. The target audience was always young kids, but not just any kids, gen z kids. I'm still gonna give it a positive review because I think the philosophy of this game has transcended its original purpose. It is no longer something I would call an enjoyable game, and honestly I…

yeah from the little i can remmeber of my childhood playing this they really changed everything theres no background music the old nostalgic interaction sounds are replaced and also the background theme the only thing that really stayed was the gameplay and charaters thats it, its dissappointing and i'll probably never thouch the game again just because of that lol
