It needs to run more smoothly, there are far too many delays for it to be a rouge game. On top of this, if there is gonna be a permadeath system. There needs to be access to some kind of upgrades early on. As in right at the start. I just couldn't be bothered to play further due to these two points. I really cannot recommend the game. Also, there is a tutorial bug where the X button does not work. All in all, I'd have to give it a 3/10. If things dramatically improves, I will be willing to reevaluate it.
