And boy oh boy do we have an absolutely wholesome gay story right here. This is a story about love and domestic life. Instead of flirting and chasing romance routes, the couple is already together. You get to experience small parts of their life, seeing how much these two guys care about each other. Simple things, like cooking together, talking about the future and enjoying small everyday moments with friends (and curious animals). Its honestly really cute. Its a short, simple and calm experience. Kind of comforting, actually. If that sounds like your thing, youll probably enjoy this one. Sweet little "A year in the life of..." storybook game about the lives of husbands and their friends, with the occasional little optional mini games thrown into one of the panels and information about seasonal cuisines.

Excellent story telling and calming game play.

Omurice Next Time is a cute game that delves into the everyday lives of a queer couple. I would recommend it if you're looking for a short wholesome story (with, admittedly, a few odd moments). I thought the music fit the game's atmosphere perfectly.
