About Bloc-Age: Path of the Oracle
Saved from death by an unlike ally, you take control of an unknown hero in this story driven fast paced action FPS. A darkness is coming and the Oracle has tasked you to unravel the mysteries surrounding this threat and end it once and for all.
You will travel to every corner of the lands to accomplish your quest and battle hordes of orc, hoblings, dwarves, elves, humans and even some things better left unspoken. Navigate the hub like pseudo-open world to a reach your goals and even explore the lands to find hidden quests filled with action, wealth and fame.
Destroy your opposition as either a Fighter or Mage, each wielding their own unique and powerful arsenal of weapons. As you progress you will find rare and powerful gems which you will use between levels to upgrades your armor, shield, weapons and even yourself.
There will never be a dull moment as you travel the lands of Blocairia in your quest to become the greatest hero ever known, as you must survive 68 different enemy types and destroy 15 unique and deadly bosses. And if you ever become lost, you'll always be able to fall back on your trusty auto-map. Constantly keeping track of where you've been, locked doors, elevators and everything else you'll need to know to find your way.
Save anywhere? Keypoints? Level Start Only? Our flexible save system lets you choose! The lower number of saves you select the more points you earn at the end of the level. Also, you'll be able to select the number of saves and difficulty at the beginning of each level!

This game is 99.99% shooting; if you think a lot of the other modern retro shooters have too much talking, this game might whet your appetite (There is SOME talking and story, but otherwise you're going through large maps shooting hordes and hordes of enemies)2 found this helpful
Bloc-Age takes you back to a feel of games long past. Just when you think your unstoppable you're soon reminded that taking your time and retreating when necessary is a must if you want to survive.
