It's like Cladun X2, but even better. Go play it!

At first glance, it looks like a simple dungeon crawler. But as you progress, the systems and options to customize your builds opens up with surprising complexity; revealing a sprawling game of strategy and build optimization. If cute dungeon crawling with good music sounds good, then maybe give this game a try. However if optimizing and looking for the "perfect' build for your characters, along with managing stat growth seems tedious - then maybe not for you. It is a niche dungeon crawler - but for the ones this game appeals to, it is a wonderful game. edit: Mapgeon's and Rangeon music does get repetitive - I read somewhere there is a way to fix this, but currently I haven't found it.

I absolutely love the Cladun games because you get to pixel art all your characters and equipment to make the character of your dreams. The games give you so much freedom to create everything and so many ways to break the game using the systems provided when it comes to leveling and stats. They can be a bit intimidating at first and you'd wonder what you're looking at, but if you are a min-maxer this game is for you. The plot isn't really too important in these games, it's all about the dungeon runs and getting better equipment and finding crazy combos in the gear to make something genuinely overpowered. As for my views on this entry... Was so hyped to have flying characters because of the trailer. Fly over traps! Fly over negative terrains! Then I got hit by a projectile and comboed across the room while flying because while flying you get knocked back like you're jumping. 10 out of 10 experience would fly again... It's not hugely different from the old games, if you liked those, you'd enjoy this one. There are a lot of fun new gimmicks to play around with in the magic circles that were not in x2. So same classes, same gameplay loop, same everything but executed just a…

**Running into SEVERE crash issues lately My CPU (13th Gen i7 13700k) and ram (32GB) pass all checks and I use a NVIDIA RTX 3080Ti with a solid state drive. I have random crashes I do not have with even more demanding games, including Monster Hunter Wilds. The game generates, or is SUPPOSED to generate a .dmp crash log. At the time of this writing, it makes a .-BMP- Crash log. It has not been fixed. I emailed NISA Support, they informed me they have NO plans to update the game but will get around to it when they do. It sucks bc I initially PRAISED them for taking PC seriously. I was wrong. I'll reverse the review when they get off their ARSE bc this game deserve better support than THIS. ** Simple but Addictive. A dungeon crawler where every aspect of the experience can be customized. From your skills, to characters, to even who surprise attacks you in your own dungeon crawl. This is an impressively chaotic game that's made for people who love a power fantasy action RPG. My review focuses on the cores of the game, customization, random dungeon crawling and character progression. CUSTOMIZATION: has a LOT of options! Make your own Character. Give them bouncy pixel physics s…
